Amazon Prime Video is adding almost 50 titles today

It’s the start of a new month, which means there is a lot of content arriving on Amazon Prime Video. There are 47 titles arriving today.

There is an overwhelming amount of content arriving on Amazon Prime Video today. With 47 a discovery of witches episode 1 online free, it can be difficult to work your way through them. You don’t need to watch everything right away, though.

There are going to be some titles that stand out more than others. And there are going to be some that you’ll want to make sure you watch this month as they’ll be gone at the end of December.

Anything from the Amazon Channels samples will be gone by Dec. 31. That includes A Discovery of Witches Season 1. This is a great time to binge-watch the first season at no financial risk. If you love it, you can sign up to Sundance Now, Shudder, or AMC+ to watch the second season to prepare for the third season arriving in January 2022.

Sanford and Son, The Waterboy, and more

For those who need an old-school comedy, Sanford and Son is a series to look out for. All six seasons of the original series are coming to Amazon Prime Video. This isn’t part of a sample from Amazon Channels, so you’ll have time to binge-watch the whole series. You can also watch both seasons of the spinoff Sanford.

More in the mood for movies? For a comedy, turn your attention to The Waterboy. Adam Sandler plays Bobby, a waterboy raised by his overprotective mother Helen. When he’s fired from the job, Bobby goes to a rival team to be their waterboy, but he ends up becoming a linebacker instead.

Then there’s Edward Scissorhands for those who want something a little more fantasy. It follows Edward, a creature made by a scientist but the scientist died before finishing his work. Now Edward finds himself in the middle of suburbia with scissors for hands.

Need a romance? Sleepless in Seattle is a must-watch and is now on Amazon Prime Video. This movie needs absolutely no introduction.

      Production[edit]

Filming of A Discovery of Witchesin Cardiff in November 2020

Warner Bros. purchased the film rights to A Discovery of Witches in 2011.[15] The film was in the early stages of development, with few details released beyond the signing-on of playwright David Auburn to pen the screenplay and producers Denise Di Novi and Allison Greenspan.[16]

British entertainment channel, Sky One, bought the rights for the books, to adapt them into a television programme.[17]Teresa Palmer was cast as Diana Bishop and Matthew Goode was cast as Matthew Clairmont. After six months of filming, it was completed on 16 February 2018.[18] Much of the work was filmed in Wales, on location and at Bad Wolf Studios in Cardiff.[19]

On 2 November 2018, Sky One renewed A Discovery of Witches for a second and a third series before the first series finale was broadcast.[20][21] A first look at the second series was released in September 2019.[22] In December 2019, it was announced that the filming for the next series was completed in the UK, and the rest of the filming would take place in Italy.[23] During the New York Comic Con's virtual event in October 2020, it was reported that the third series was filming at Wolf Studios in Cardiff.[24] A trailer for the third series was released in October 2021.[2]

      Release[edit]

The programme premiered in the UK on Sky One on 14 September 2018 with its first series of eight episodes. Streaming on NOW TV also started on that date after each episode was broadcast. The international distribution of the programme is handled by Sky Vision.[25][26] From January 2019, the series became available on AMC's subscription services Sundance Now, Shudder, and AMC Premiere.[27][28][29]

It was announced by AMC Networks at the TCA press tour that the show would be making its American television debut on 7 April 2019 on AMC and BBC America, being paired with Killing Eve's second season.[30][31]

The second series was initially released in its entirety on 8 January 2021, consisting of ten episodes, and continued to air weekly on Sky One.[32][33][11]

The third series is scheduled to be released on SundanceNow, Shudder and AMC+ on 8 January 2022.[34]

      Reception[edit]

      Critical reception[edit]

The programme received positive reviews from critics, who praised the adaptation, the production and the performances of the cast. On Rotten Tomatoes, 94% of 33 critics have given the first series a positive review, with an average rating of 7/10. The website's critical consensus reads, "A Discovery of Witches smartly grounds its flights of fancy with a lived-in authenticity and harnesses the chemistry between its two star-crossed leads to make for a promising foray into the occult."[35] For the second series, Rotten Tomatoes collected 21 critic reviews and identified 81% of them as positive, and the average rating is 6.8/10. The consensus states, "Grounded by Matthew Goode and Teresa Palmer's infectious chemistry and a healthy dose of visual splendor, A Discovery of Witches' sophomore season makes slipping eras look easy."[36]Metacritic, another aggregator, assigned the first series an average score of 67 out of 100 based on 13 critics, indicating "generally favorable reviews".[37]

      Accolades[edit]

In October 2018, A Discovery of Witches was nominated in the longlist for Best New Drama in the National Television Awards.[38] In January 2019, it was announced as a nominee for the shortlist of Best New Drama series nominees at the 24th National Television Awards.[39]

A Discovery of Witches spoilers follow.

The second season of A Discovery Of Witches picked up the story of historian (and witch-in-training) Diana Bishop and vampire Matthew Clairmont as they fled through time to Elizabethan London to escape sinister witch Peter Knox.

While Diana's aunts Sarah and Em hid out at the de Clermont family mansion, Sept-Tours, Matthew's vampire son Marcus vowed to protect his daemon friends Nathaniel and pregnant Sophie from Knox and fellow scheming members of the Congregation, while also beginning a romance with auctioneer Phoebe.

By the end of the season, Diana and Matthew were finishing their adventures in 16th century London and preparing to time-walk back to modern day Sept-Tours. Unfortunately, if and when they get there they will be met with tragedy – Peter Knox, fascinated by Sophie's newborn baby, who is a witch, has beat them to it.

Phoebe, Sophie, baby Margaret, Nathaniel, his mother Agatha and Matthew's mother Ysabeau are safely inside the walls of Sept-Tours – but for how long?

Will Diana – now a very powerful witch – and Matthew return in time to protect them?

And has vampire Domenico uncovered the identity of the vampire, fuelled by blood rage, who has been chomping on Oxford's residents while Matthew has been away?

Here's everything you need to know about A Discovery Of Witches season three...

A Discovery Of Witches season 3 cast: Who's in it?

A third season of A Discovery Of Witches was confirmed at the same time as season two with many of the cast returning, including, of course, leads Matthew Goode (Matthew) and Teresa Palmer (Diana).

And it's also set to be the show's last outing.

"The end of an era," said Palmer on Instagram. "Since 2017 I have had the great privilege and pleasure of embodying Diana Bishop. Today I said goodbye to this powerhouse of a character as we rolled on our last shot of the last season of this trilogy."

She also talked about leaving the role behind at the A Discovery of Witches virtual panel at October's MCM Comic Con in London.

"I would say 'bittersweet' is sort of the perfect word. I've been able to be with Diana for a few years now and just seeing where she began and where the journey finishes, I feel so ready to have parted with her, because I think she landed in such a beautiful place. But I think at the same time, it was hard to say goodbye."

As fans of Deborah Harkness' All Souls trilogy – on which the series is based – know, the final instalment The Book Of Life is the basis of the third season, and the plot of the novel reunites Diana and Matthew with the modern-day residents of Sept Tours.

So even though he was struck down and left unconscious in the woods by Knox (Owen Teale) in the season two finale, expect Ed Bluemel to return as Marcus, alongside Adelle Leonce as his human girlfriend Phoebe.

        David M. BenettGetty Images

They'll be joined by Lindsay Duncan (Ysabeau), Alex Kingston (Sarah) and Gregg Chillin (Domenico), as well as Teale, Trevor Eve (vampire Gerbert) and Jacob Ifan (the mysterious vampire Benjamin).

And although we only saw Matthew's nephew Gallowglass in Elizabethan times in season two, he reappears in present day France in the third book, so expect a return for the loveable vampire – and actor Steven Cree, who plays him – in season three, too.

In recent months, more cast members have been announced. Hollington Drive and The Last Kingdom's Peter McDonald has taken over the role of vampire Baldwin (Trystan Gravelle, who previously played the part, had to pull out due to scheduling conflicts), and if the season three trailer is anything to go by, his character is going to be having quite a tough time of things.

Reign's Toby Regbo has taken on the role of Matthew and Diana's ward, Jack, and Humans' Ivanno Jeremiah joins the cast as molecular biologist Christopher Roberts, who is investigating Matthew's blood rage. There are some new vampire additions too, with Genesis Lynea starring as Geraldine and Parker Sawyers as Ransome Fayrweather.

AndMission: Impossible – Fallout actor Olivier Huband has been cast as Portuguese vampire Fernando Gonçalves.

In The Book of Life, he is a friend of Diana's aunt Sarah, Matthew's brother-in-law (he was romantically involved with Matthew's older brother Hugh) and a bit of a stepfather figure to Gallowglass.

A Discovery Of Witches season 3 release date: When will it air on Sky?

Season three of A Discovery Of Witches began filming in Wales in late 2020 under COVID-19 restrictions and has now wrapped.

Sky has announced the final series will air in January 2022.

        Sky UK

A Discovery Of Witches season 3 plot: What will happen?

The cliffhanger season two finale left lots of questions unanswered, but they should all be resolved in the third season as it is based on the final book in Deborah Harkness' trilogy.

"As far as the trilogy is concerned, the next [third] season is the last," star Matthew Goode confirmed to Digital Spy when he spoke to us during a break in filming season three at the end of 2020.

"There is a fourth book that is Marcus's book," added Teresa Palmer, "but we don't know. Maybe that would be developed into another season, but for right now, this is the end of the road."

So that means that the story of Diana and Matthew will be wrapped up in season three, and one thing we know for sure is that they will have not one but two new additions to the family as Diana learned she was pregnant towards the end of season two, and fans of the books know that it turns out she is having twins.

        Sky UK

Before they can settle down in marital bliss surrounded by nappies and cuddly toys, however, there are battles to be fought as much has happened in the present day while they have been trotting around 16th century Europe.

Witch Peter Knox's attack on Sept-Tours at the end of season two will have caused much emotional damage and left the witches, daemons and vampires there in danger, especially as both Knox and Gerbert are searching for pages of the Book Of Life they believe may be hidden there.

And when they make it back to Sept-Tours, Diana and Matthew aren't safe, either – The Congregation, made up of vampires, witches (including Knox) and daemons, forbid inter-species relationships so are opposed to the couple's relationship. It may be up to Marcus – as head of the far friendlier Knights Of Lazarus – who believes that the Congregation's ideals are outdated, to come to their aid.

There may be new enemies, too, including the vampire Benjamin, who Diana met briefly in the 16th century Bohemian court and who turned out to be the sire of Andrew (Paul Rhys), the vampire who controlled Elizabethan London. Andrew himself may also be a threat – Diana gave him a drop of her blood in return for his pledge that he would protect young Jack, whom she and Matthew had adopted, and when he tasted it he saw intriguing visions of Diana's life – including glimpses of the future.

If that wasn't enough to be getting on with, there is the question of vampire blood rage, too. Matthew suffers from it and is finding it increasingly hard to control, and there is also a vampire killing humans in England who has the sickness. And while Domenico survived an attack by the blood-rage vampire in the season-two finale, there was someone else watching him from the shadows.

Could this person be yet another threat to Diana and Matthew's happiness?

A trailer for the third season reveals a few clues as to the adventures ahead. It seems war between the vampires, witches and daemons is inevitable following Knox's attack on Diana's aunt Emily and the Congregation's horror that witch Diana is carrying the child(ren) of a vampire.

"If we lose, any chance we creatures had to live in peace will be gone," Diana gloomily predicts in the clip.

        Sky UK/Simon Ridgway

The show doesn't strictly follow the source material and Palmer recently discussed a devastating moment from Harkness's Shadow of Night that didn't make it into the latest batch of episodes.

Diana finds out that she's pregnant after believing that it wasn't possible for her and Matthew to have a baby together. But tragically, she later loses the child.

"I really fought for the miscarriage to be included in the series," she told Entertainment Weekly.

"As a woman who's had a miscarriage herself, I thought it was really pertinent to the story and the journey of Matthew and Diana. And also just to show the fragility of life and new life and bringing babies into this world."

        A Discovery of WitchesSky

She went on to explain why she believes it was cut from the narrative.

"For the writers and [executive producer] Jane Tranter, I think they really felt as though we couldn't dedicate enough time to mourning and having the true grieving process that you need to have as a woman who goes through something like that, and then quickly move back into all the other things we have to navigate through this series and through this season in particular," she said.

"It was just one of those really sad things that we weren't able to include it. It's just an unfortunate part of doing these adaptations. You just can't include everything that you want to and I had to come to peace with that decision."

A Discovery Of Witches: will there be season 4?

        Bad WolfSky

Like we said, it looks like three seasons and out for the show.

However, Harkness has written another book, Time's Convert, that focuses on Marcus's story, detailing his history and how he became a vampire, as well as expanding on his relationship with Phoebe.

Could that be a possibility in the future?

"I don't have a clue," Bluemel exclusively told Digital Spy. "We are always the last to know as actors, so who knows! There may be the opportunity for it, and it would be so fun."

Adelle Leonce, who plays Phoebe, agreed. "We don’t know anything – the Diana/Matthew story is rounded up in season three and that is the main story, but where it goes after that, who knows…"

At the MCM Comic Con panel in October, the cast talked more about the possibility of spin-off series, with Steven Cree and Paul Rhys (vampires Gallowglass and Hubbard) teasing executive producer Lachlan McKinnon about their plans for a new series.

"I know that Lachlan's excited to announce that Sky and [production company] Bad Wolf are doing a spin-off with Gallowglass and Hubbard as vampire detectives," Cree said, while Rhys added: "It's true – you can tell them now, Lachlan, it's fine. We've got a working title – it's Hubbard's Cupboard!"

How to watch A Discovery of Witches season 2 online from anywhere

        watch A Discovery of Witches

A Discovery of Witches season 2 is to premiere on Friday, January 8. Season 2 sees reluctant witch Diana Bishop and vampire Matthew Clairmont seek refuge in Elizabethan London. There they must find a powerful witch who can help Diana control her magic and find the Book of Life. Unfortunately, A Discovery of Witches season 2 will be geo-restricted, and as such, unavailable in some locations. Read on to find out how a VPN lets you watch while traveling abroad.

Note that we’re only recommending official sources for watching A Discovery of Witches season 2. In our experience, unlicensed streams tend to be of inferior quality with low-resolution video as well as issues such as lag and buffering. They also run the risk of being taken offline for copyright infringement. You can save time and avoid all of these issues by watching A Discovery of Witches season 2 via the official sources listed below.

A Discovery of Witches will only be shown on region-locked platforms. If you’re traveling abroad, you’ll need a VPN to continue watching it via your favorite streaming service from home.

How to watch A Discovery of Witches season 2 online with a VPN

The good news is that it’s very easy to use a VPN to access geo-blocked content such as A Discovery of Witches. These services work by encrypting your data and providing you with a different IP address. This makes it look as if you’re browsing from another location, allowing you to bypass geographic restrictions.

Here’s how to watch A Discovery of Witches season 2 from anywhere:

        1. First, sign up with your preferred VPN provider. We recommend NordVPN although Surfshark and ExpressVPN are two high-quality alternatives worth considering.
        2. The next step is to download and install a VPN app or browser extension. All of the VPNs mentioned above allow you to connect multiple devices simultaneously.
        3. Open the VPN app before connecting to a server in the UK or USA. In doing so, you’ll receive a UK or US IP address. You’ll then be able to spoof your location.
        4. Go to your preferred streaming service and sign in (or sign up for an account if you don’t have one already). All content should now be available where you are.
        5. Still blocked? You may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. If this doesn’t work, try another server or get in touch with your VPN’s customer support.

What can we expect from A Discovery of Witches season 2?

While A Discovery of Witches season 1 was made up of eight episodes, fans can expect 10 episodes in season 2. There’s more good news in that the show has also been renewed for a third season. As it is based on the All Souls trilogy by Sarah Harkness, we can already have some idea of what to expect in season 2. In particular, we’ll see Diana and Matthew in Elizabethan London as they go in search of a powerful witch and the elusive Book of Life.

Which cast members are returning for A Discovery of Witches season 2?

It’s no surprise that Teresa Palmer (Diana Bishop) and Matthew Goode (Matthew Clairmont) are back as the show’s protagonists. We can expect to see plenty more familiar faces including Alex Kingston (Sarah Bishop), Valarie Pettiford (Emily Mather), Daniel Ezra (Nathaniel Wilson), and Aisling Loftus (Sophie Norman). There’s also a number of new additions to the cast. This includes Steven Cree as Gallowglass and James Purefoy as Philippe de Clermont.

A Discovery of Witches (All Souls Trilogy #1)

A richly inventive novel about a centuries-old vampire, a spellbound witch, and the mysterious manuscript that draws them together.

Deep in the stacks of Oxford's Bodleian Library, young scholar Diana Bishop unwittingly calls up a bewitched alchemical manuscript in the course of her research. Descended from an old and distinguished line of witches, Diana wants nothing to do with sorcery; so after a furtive glance and a few notes, she banishes the book to the stacks. But her discovery sets a fantastical underworld stirring, and a horde of daemons, witches, and vampires soon descends upon the library. Diana has stumbled upon a coveted treasure lost for centuries-and she is the only creature who can break its spell.

Debut novelist Deborah Harkness has crafted a mesmerizing and addictive read, equal parts history and magic, romance and suspense. Diana is a bold heroine who meets her equal in vampire geneticist Matthew Clairmont, and gradually warms up to him as their alliance deepens into an intimacy that violates age-old taboos. This smart, sophisticated story harks back to the novels of Anne Rice, but it is as contemporary and sensual as the Twilight series-with an extra serving of historical realism.

What can we expect from A Discovery of Witches season 3?

The third and final season of A Discovery of Witches, the critically acclaimed fantasy show starring Teresa Palmer and Matthew Goode, has a lot in store for us. The British production is set to exceed expectations in its third year…somehow, since the bar was already set so high in previous seasons.

So what, exactly, should we be expecting? Here is everything you need to know about the new season of A Discovery of Witches.

If you need to refresh your memory about the show or have never watched it, you still have time! The first two seasons are only 18 episodes in total. And you can always read our Beginner’s Guide here.

When is A Discovery of Witches season 3 coming out?

The third season of A Discovery of Witches will premiere on Friday, January 7, 2022. It’s a safe to bet that the entire season will be released at once on Sky UK, closely followed by its US broadcasters. Sadly, we only have seven episodes to look forward to. Production had to shut down because of COVID, and events had to be condensed.

The plot of the third and final season of the show follows the events of the final book of the All Souls trilogy by Deborah Harkness, The Book of Life. Despite its shortened length, we can also expect some events that are covered in the subsequent book Time’s Convert, especially when it comes to Marcus and Phoebe’s story.

How will the season open? Is there going to be a time jump?

Funny you should ask. While there is going to be a literal time jump, with Diana and Matthew coming back to our time, the action of season 3 will pick up only a couple of days after we left them in 1591. Season 2, you’ll remember, ended on a heart-breaking cliffhanger. The lead couple prepared to time-walk back the to present day, unaware of the tragedy that had befallen the family while they were gone. It’s only fair that it’s Emily Mather’s funeral that opens the trailer. The witch, Diana’s step-aunt who raised her along with her partner Sarah, was killed by Congregation member Peter Knox, a witch who opposes Diana and Matthew’s right to be together. This season, we will see how Emily’s murder galvanizes the Bishop-de Clermont extended family. Marcus, whom Matthew left in charge of the Knights of Lazarus, is finally ready to officially challenge the Congregation and the status quo to repel the Covenant.

It will be devastating to watch Diana as she arrives at Sept-Tours, eyes full of joy after having accomplished the colossal feat of time-walking back to the modern day and bristling at the prospect of telling the family that she is pregnant… only to be met with the news of her aunt’s passing. I expect shock, denial, and a breakdown all happening on the spot. Matthew, on the other hand, will seemingly keep a façade of calm, if only to tranquilize his wife. Really, he will be seething and wanting to exact revenge. Not that Diana will lack fury, but that will come in time.

What do we have to look forward to this season?

In the trailer, news of Diana’s pregnancy soon reaches the wrong side of the Congregation, upsetting them even more and sharpening their resolve to eliminate the couple. If a union between a witch and a vampire was deemed dangerous, imagine what their two children could do. It’s entirely unprecedented, and Knox and his allies need no other excuse to wage war. That worries the family and strengthens Diana’s resolve to decipher the Book of Life, where she hopes to find answers about the origins of creatures. But first she must find the missing pages and put them back together.

While I was a massive fan of the period drama feel last season, it will be lovely to see Diana in a modern library setting, in a nice throwback (and contrast) to season 1.

The trailer shows us a tender image of Matthew holding Diana, and I firmly believe it’s depicting the birth of their twins. If it’s anything like in the books, it will be a rollercoaster you don’t want to miss. I sincerely hope this line from The Book of Life makes it on screen: “In labor we blame absolutely everything on the husband. It keeps the mother from developing homicidal fantasies and reminds the men they aren’t the center of attention.”

Which ADOW characters are we going to see again?

One thing that seems to differ from the source material is Satu and Benjamin possibly making an alliance. We see a scene of the two of them talking in Venice. In the books, we have no notion of them ever meeting or coming in contact. I hope Satu refuses whatever his offer is, because that vamp is more trouble than anyone is prepared to handle.

Speaking of trouble, everyone’s favorite character Gallowglass de Clermont now sports short hair and colorful tattoos, but he is just as sassy as he was when we left him in Elizabethan London. He does not get to say a line in the trailer, but always stands close to Diana, his role as her protector unquestioned. If you loved him in season 2, you’re not ready for everything he’s about to bring to the table.

Someone else who the time jump made completely unrecognizable is Father Hubbard, whom we see a glimpse of in the trailer as Diana speaks to him. He may have aged 500 years, but he sure looks much younger!

In a tension-filled sequence in the trailer, we see the Congregation vote, Matthew threatening multiple people, and the Knights of Lazarus swearing fealty. This season we will see Marcus grapple with his responsibility as a leader even more. He will have to face uncomfortable truths and make hard calls.

Another character that is sure to enchant and terrorize is the matriarch of the de Clermont clan. As always, in true Ysabeau fashion, she shines with the one line she speaks in the trailer as she quietly whispers to Gertbert, “You have no dominion here.”

Who are the new characters in season 3 of ADOW?

We’ll make the acquaintance of many new characters this season. First among them is Fernando Goncalves (played by Olivier Huband), a vampire we will meet in Episode 1 who I’m sure will be present in nearly every episode. Fernando was Matthew’s oldest brother Hugh’s mate and is very fond of and loyal to Matthew. He and Diana have not yet met, but they will become fast friends, especially when the witch sees the friendship Fernando has developed with her aunt Sarah.

Fernando is technically Gallowglass’s stepfather, and Fernando knows Gallowglass more than any other creature alive. He is also a Knight, and we can expect to see more of the brotherhood gathering at Sept-Tours this season.

Another important new character is Christopher Roberts (played by Ivanno Jeremiah), Diana’s best friend. He’s a biology professor at Yale and he hasn’t heard from her in a very long time. Suffice it to say, Chris is very concerned for Diana and will not be happy to find out she has gone and gotten married without even telling him… let alone that she is a witch with a vampire for a husband. The trailer shows us a glimpse of Chris in a lab with Dr. Miriam Shephard.

If there is something Diana has learned in the past, it’s the importance of community. After running away from her peers in season 1, she now seeks and welcomes the opportunity to cooperate with fellow witches. We will meet witches from the Madison coven, headed by Vivian Harrison, as well as the London coven.

The trailer briefly shows us Matthew in a location we haven’t been yet: New Orleans. He and a few other characters will spend some time there this season, where we will meet Marcus’s unruly children. Of the dozens we will see, Ransome (Parker Sawyers) and Geraldine (Genesis Lynea) are characters worthy of notice.

Jack, the orphan boy Matthew and Diana adopted in 1590, is all grown-up now and played by none other than Toby Regbo (Reign, The Last Kingdom). I won’t spoil how or why, but Jack’s presence in season 3 will bring happiness and sadness in equal measure, love and rage, both for the characters and for us watching at home.

It’s impossible not to notice that the head of the de Clermont family, Baldwin Montclair, is also played by a new actor; Peter McDonald is replacing Trystan Gravelle, who was busy on set of Amazon’s Lord of The Rings show. The poor guy just arrives and is beat up by both Matthew and Diana at least twice in the trailer, not without reason. Things get out of control at the twins’ christening, which Baldwin crashes just like the evil stepmother in a fairytale. The brothers’ brawl is interrupted — and everyone’s fancy attire ruined — when Diana takes matters into her own hands and summons fire, showing everybody just how much she’s grown into her powers. Baldwin will need to decide what side he’s fighting for: will he side with his family or will he cling to power and ambition and help the Congregation kill his brother and sister?

        An epic conclusion

“I am ready,” Diana says at the end of the trailer, clad in extremely elegant clothing, almost ceremonial, an outfit befitting her queenly mother-in-law. “Yes you are,” replies Matthew, pride and desire written in every line of his face. To face the Congregation, to protect her children, to finally step into her shoes as a witch and a weaver, and as the new matron of the family, Matthew’s general and Congregation representative.

And what a journey it’s been. What a journey it will be.
